We are thrilled to announce that Waterstone Human Capital has awarded Centra Windows with Canada's Most Admired Corporate Culture Award in 2020. Each and every person at Centra has played a part in making this possible.

Frances Rees & her Daughter Kim Muir lost their husbands over the past few years, leaving the special duo to face the many obstacles life has to offer on their own. Frances took the lead and continues to assist Kim with her three young children. To add to their challenges, their Coquitlam home is nearly 50 years old and in need of new windows.

The Centra Family celebrates the year that was, highlighting team members, departments and unsung heroes throughout the year. Skills training included various stations around our manufacturing plant, testing our team on their level of expertise. The day brings out the competitive spirit in all of us, while training and educating our team throughout the day. It's a day of celebration, which serves as inspiration for all of us to continue to serve homeowners and our community. 

Last week the Centra team celebrated International Women's Day. The theme for this year's campaign was #PressforProgress. Centra is so proud of the women excelling and making positive gains on a daily basis within the company. For Centra, #IWD is an opportuntity for collective action and shared responsibility for driving gender parity and there's no better time to take a step forward towards gender parity within the workplace.
