Position Overview:

As a B2B Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our ambitious revenue growth objectives. Your main focus will be on creating new opportunities through strategic business development activities, bidding on tenders, and providing exceptional customer experiences. In this hunter-style role, you'll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing sales, going above and beyond to build lasting relationships with our customers.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Identify and pursue new bidding opportunities in the Multi-Family and Single-Family supply sectors.
  • Network with architects, engineers, builders, developers, and other key B2B partners to expand Centra's reputation and secure new business.
  • Educate the B2B community about the features and benefits of Centra Windows.
  • Provide design guidance to building designers and builders regarding windows and doors.
  • Analyze plans and specifications to strategically estimate project costs and mitigate risks.
  • Collaborate with the Centra Estimating support team to develop winning bid strategies.
  • Negotiate with customers, supported by Centra Sales Managers, to secure deals.
  • Drive direct sales by effectively presenting product offerings and persuading prospective customers to choose Centra.
  • Maintain a daily CRM database of prospective client information.
  • Support marketing efforts, generate leads, and represent Centra at tradeshows and networking events.
  • Regularly visit project sites to connect with customers and foster strong relationships.
  • Stay updated on industry competitors, product knowledge, installation techniques, and pricing differences.
  • Always close the sale by employing effective sales techniques.

  • You're a seasoned professional with at least 3 years of B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling in the construction industry is a significant asset.
  • Previous window selling experience is advantageous.
