We manufacture the best windows and doors in the business and we need the best people to keep our standards high in our Door Shop. If you love to work with your hands and take pride in participating in making an amazing product this is the career for you!

What’s the job?

This is a hands on job that includes producing, saw operation, welding, fabrication, and assembly of fiberglass doors. The Door Assemblers passion for quality, sharp eye for detail and efficiency assures our customers are receiving the best value and performance in each door we produce.

We manufacture high performance vinyl windows, patio doors, and doors. Our customer’s love that we’re Canadian made! We depend on people who are passionate about quality to make sure we remain the best in the business.

What are the job tasks?

• The creation of Centra’s high quality door line
• Screw, clip, glue, bond, weld or otherwise assemble parts and components to form final products
• Cut, shape, and fit materials to form parts and components
• Inspecting of Centra Products checking items for defects and conformance to specifications
• Finishing of Centra’s high quality products

Equipment and machinery experience needed:

• 2+ years experience in production environment building and assembling products
• Carpentry experience advantageous
• Have operated a cutting machine
• Have operated a fabricating machine
• Experience with hand tools

Work conditions and physical capabilities:

• Attention to detail
• Fast-paced environment
• Hand-eye co-ordination
• Physically demanding
• Repetitive tasks
• Standing for extended periods

What are the shift times?

• Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:30pm
• Overtime available
