Position Overview:

Join our dynamic team as an Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth strategy, responsible for nurturing and expanding relationships with our B2C and some B2B clients. Collaborating closely with our sales management team, you'll ensure the satisfaction and growth of these strategic accounts while identifying opportunities, offering solutions, and driving revenue growth.

Your passion for sales will be evident as you follow up with prospects to qualify and close deals, playing a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth goals. Your efforts will not only establish and nurture relationships but also elevate our company's brand in the market, all while delivering unparalleled customer service that sets us apart in the industry.

Core accountabilities:

  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their unique requirements, paint points and goals.
  • Sales Quotas: Set and achieve monthly sales targets within your key account portfolio, demonstrating consistent sales growth.
  • Upselling: Identify opportunities to upsell additional products to maximize revenue potential.
  • Accounts Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key account holders, serving as their primary point of contact for all sales-related inquiries and support.
  • Client Retention: Proactively address and resolve client concerns, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction in our CRM system.

  • Persuasive and goal oriented with the ability to overcome objections
  • Absolute determination to directly drive sales, achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Strong communication and follow up skills – reaching out to potential and existing customers in a timely fashion and when promised
  • You easily connect with people and building relationships is second nature
  • Not satisfied with the status quo and you’re constantly looking to improve your craft
  • You have entrepreneurial spirit

Kickstart your sales career with a competitive starting salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commission potential. On average, our Inside Sales Representative can earn an additional $10,000 to $20,000 annually in commissions.
