What’s the job?

The Inside Sales Estimator plays a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives by providing any small quantity custom window and door quotes over the phone and walk-ins to our showroom. In addition, you will be working with urgency, accuracy, and energy as you provide strong support to account managers by assisting in the estimation process. This role is crucial in establishing relationships, marketing our company’s brand, and nurturing existing opportunities.

Core Accountabilities include:

• Answer and action incoming phone and email inquiries for small window quotes
• Complete regular orders and transactional business orders for Supply Only clients
• Ask for new orders and close sales for incremental business, helping to drive growth
• Lead the sales and customer service for the Alberta showroom as one of the first contacts for all visiting customers
• Assist and support Account Reps and Dealer Sales Rep in the estimation process
• Complete blueprint takeoffs, quote creation, pricing estimates, sales orders, and change orders
• Participate in the assessment of risk for complex and large-scale bids
• Visit new construction clients and dealer clients with Account Reps

• Detail-oriented – data entry experience an asset
• You’re hungry and you’re a hunter
• Persuasive and goal-oriented with the ability to overcome objections
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• You easily connect with people and building relationships is second nature
