What’s the job?

In Centra, Lead Hand Installer is a go-getter, a leader and one that inspires their crew. You will be leading a team of skilled installers in single family and multi-family homes for window and door installs.

The job tasks can be summed up as:

• Leading a small crew – ensure quality installations are executed
• Window/door installation
• Caulking and foaming
• Installing interior and exterior trim
• Sheathing and papering
• Framing and decay repair
• Be comfortable working with heights and scaffolding

Some qualifications/assets we're looking for:

• 2+ years of Window & Door Installation experience
• Valid driver's license required
• Siding installation experience a strong asset
• Construction or Carpentry experience a strong asset
