What will you do as a Lead Hand Installer?

As a go-getter and natural leader, you will inspire and lead a small crew of skilled installers in performing window and door installations in single-family and multifamily homes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the execution of high-quality installations by effectively leading and supervising your crew.
• Performing window and door installations with precision and attention to detail.
• Skillfully applying caulking and foam insulation to maximize energy efficiency.
• Installing interior and exterior trim, enhancing the aesthetics of each project.
• Handling sheathing and papering tasks, as well as framing and decay repairs when necessary.
• Comfortably working at heights and utilizing scaffolding to complete installations safely.

Some qualifications/assets we're looking for:

• 3+ years of Window Installation experience
• Valid drivers license required
• Siding installation experience a strong asset
