Working as part of our Logistics team, the Logistics Administrator provides assistance in ensuring that all processes related to the logistics team maintain consistency on a daily basis and that required information the logistics department needs is being gathered. You will also be responsible for communicating specific information to both our internal and external customers in a timely manner and helping with inquiring phone calls. This role is vital to the Logistic Department long term growth.

Core accountabilities include:

• Prepare and enter orders into system for re-measure, installation, production, invoicing
• Preparation of installation job folders ensuring all required information is included
• Closing of all installation job files for final invoicing and job costing
• Provide on-going administrative support to the Logistics Coordinator’s for installation, supply only & customer service
• Communicates scheduled dates directly to external customers while maintaining internal notes/inquiries related to each job
• Responds to customer inquiries, both internal and external, and when needed ensures the inquiry is forwarded to the correct operations team for customer follow-up

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 2 year data entry experience
• 1 year Logistics experience
• Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking
• Customer care mindset
