Working as part of Centra’s logistics team as our Logistics Coordinator, you play a critical role in ensuring that all orders are being processed daily with a high level of accuracy and that all information required is gathered and organized. The Logistics Coordinator works collaboratively with the installation, warranty, and production teams to enhance customer service, continuous improvement, relationships with internal departments, and profitability.

Core accountabilities include:

• Help optimize order flow and production through relentless consistency in processing orders ensuring there are no bottlenecks in production and no delays on special order items.
• Ensure all orders are processed as complete, and if for some reason they cannot be, seek out the required help to ensure the order is processed as complete as quickly as possible.
• All data entry work is completed with the highest level of review and accuracy.
• Communicate at a high level interdepartmentally.
• Ensure production schedules are aligned with installation schedules or product delivery dates and are also aligned with forecasted projections and available resources.
• Speak with customers on the phone about their service inquiries providing the best customer service.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1 year data entry experience.
• Logistics experience an asset.
• Highly organized and proficient at multi-tasking.
• Customer care mindset.
