We're looking for a Multi-Family Supply and Install Sales Representative! Centra is in need of an established, relationship-building, hungry, and technical sales professional who loves to educate, consult, guide, and find solutions for their customers in the construction industry.

We're also building envelope restorations specialists with sites all over the Lower Mainland handling large Multi-Family Projects. We have had a lot of practice getting it right – that’s why we have the best warranty. Position Overview:

As our Multi-Family Supply & Install Sales Representative selling our high-performance vinyl windows, you will be the driving force in achieving our ambitious revenue growth objectives. You will do this by creating new opportunities through business development activities. We expect you to go above and beyond for our customers, offering the best possible experience while educating, selling, and following up with them before and after the sale.

Your passion for sales will drive the long-term relationships necessary for attracting new B2B & B2C Opportunities as well as the follow-up needed in order to qualify prospects and close sales. It will be expected that you will grow lucrative pipelines of business, drive our Multi-Family division, and make Centra the go-to company for the Multi-Family sector. This role is critical in building our brand and helping establish key partnership opportunities in the home-building industry.

  • Create new opportunities in the Multi-Family business sector.
  • Actively participate in industry associations & network with Property & Building Managers, Landlords, Strata Councils, and General Contractors with the goal of creating new opportunities.
  • Manage prospective customers, explain the details of the different products offered and convince them to buy our product directly driving sales for the company.
  • Utilize natural ambition, competitive nature, and goal-orientated mindset to meet or exceed all forecasts on a month-by-month basis, stopping at nothing in order to achieve these goals.
  • Meet with strata councils to present pricing proposals and provide Multi-Family install presentations.
  • Provide education to the B2B construction community on the features and benefits of Centra.
  • Provide design guidance related to windows and doors.
  • Be able to interpret building plans and specifications in order to provide a strategic estimating direction.
  • Maintain CRM database of prospective client information on a daily basis.
  • Relentless follow-up - know where every opportunity stands.
  • Be a local expert on our competition, possessing a detailed knowledge of product, installation, and pricing differences.
  • Ask for the sale. Always.


  • 5+ years selling in the construction industry.
  • Window selling experience an asset.
