We manufacture our own windows (hello, Canadian made!), we install our own products or we can provide them on a supply-only basis, and we also specialize in full exterior restorations for large multi-family projects. What is a Project Service Specialist?

A Project Service Specialist is an experienced Field Service Technician who has extensive knowledge of construction and of vinyl windows. They use this knowledge to conduct site visits on large Multi-Family projects where our windows have been purchased and are being installed by a General Contractor.

During these site visits the Project Service Specialist identifies risk and mitigates that risk by taking a proactive approach while our product is being installed by doing inspections, preventing issues, and doing deficiency walk-throughs. They will work with our Project Management and Engineering teams to ensure we have success in terms of contractual fulfilment and satisfaction for the customer.

Core Accountabilities Include:

• Performing various quality assurance inspections (i.e. installation, pre-water testing)
• Build comradery with customer teams on site and internal teams to enhance the customer experience and job performance for Centra
• Complete services and warranty work in accordance with Centra standards
• Provide feedback in the form of daily reports, pictures, and detailed notes as it relates to Centra product quality as well as care for Centra product on customer sites
• Complete service work in a timely manner with an attitude of optimization
• Educate customers on the importance of product care during construction, ensuring you explain the “why” and the potential outcomes of not caring for product and the impact to product warranty

Our Ideal Candidate:

Preferred candidates will be highly motivated, detail-oriented, task-oriented, and understand the importance of meeting deadlines.

• 5+ years of vinyl window experience
• Technology inclined – this role requires reporting, reviews, and use of various software
• Customer Service Attitude
• Drivers Licence
