What’s the job?

As the Re-Marketing Specialist, you will oversee all aspects of email marketing campaigns, including market research, strategic development, copy and creative improvement that engage and retain potential and current customers. You will manage distribution of emails through the use of automation software. The specialist will collaborate with Marketing on executing digital advertising campaigns, emails, landing pages, and support the Digital Marketing Specialist on the growth of PPC advertising, SEM and SEO. As a Re-Marketing specialist, you will understand key marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement and the overall customer journey. 

This person has a data-driven approach to how they optimize and implement email marketing campaigns, SEO initiatives, email nurture strategies, and landing page and conversion rate optimization. This person will become one of the company’s marketing automation “Super Users”, executing all aspects of marketing campaigns in our platform while driving best practices. As a Re-Marketing Specialist, you will understand key marketing concepts and metrics pertaining to customer segments, customer engagement and the overall customer journey. 

Core Accountabilities include:

• Marketing Automation & Lead Nurturing
• Digital Advertising & Search Engine Marketing
• Marketing Research & Reporting
• Website
• Promoting Centra Brand & Culture

Key Areas of Knowledge:

• Crafting Email Nurture/Drip campaign strategy and execution
• Tracking essential metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, CPL, unsubscribes, etc.)
• Facebook & Instagram Advertising - Implementation and optimization
• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) - Implementation and optimization
• Conversion Tracking and Reporting
• SEO - Optimizing content to align with our keyword SEO strategies
• Implementing list segmentation and A/B testing
• Experience and understanding of CASL and its regulations
• Template Editing (HTML/CSS)

Nice to haves:

• Experience or Familiarity with Marketing Automation tools (please list which tools)
• Experience or Familiarity with CRM systems (please list which systems)
• Comfortable working within a Website Content Management System (CMS)
• Computer Science, Marketing, or related Degree or Diploma is an asset
