Position Overview:

As a Re-measure Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately verifying the sizing, color, and configurations of the products before they go into production. You will engage with customers, explaining and verifying all order details and addressing any concerns, while upholding the professional image of Centra.

Responsibilities:

• Review orders prior to re-measure and collaborate with Sales Reps and Project Managers to address potential concerns.
• Conduct re-measurements professionally, instilling confidence in our customers and ensuring their complete understanding of the purchase.
• Document all necessary information, obtain customer sign-off, and capture required photos.
• Provide customers with a pre-determined delivery date.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to address any areas of concern or conflicts in scheduling.
• Uphold Centra's safety program and actively contribute to loss prevention efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of policy or process changes and actively participate in team meetings to provide valuable input for process improvements.
• Embrace change and exhibit a big picture mindset in alignment with Centra's growth plans.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong understanding of the accountability and professionalism required in completing the finishing touches on a customer's order.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage with customers and ensure their confidence in the purchasing process.
• Detail-oriented mindset, ensuring accurate measurements and minimal errors in order specifications.
• Team player mentality with a willingness to adapt to new tasks, collaborate with different teams, and embrace growth opportunities.
• Prior experience in a similar role or within the construction industry is preferred.
