What’s the job?

As our Re-measure Technician you will be responsible for delivering a unique experience to Centra customers. You will ensure the customer fully understands the products and process (next steps) related to their purchase with complete clarity. You will do this by cross referencing the customers’ orders while taking precise measurements of the items on the order. You will then walk through each item with the customer double checking the window and door configurations before these measurements are sent to production. This role is key to mitigating risk both in terms of installer safety & financial loss for Centra You will champion Centra’s safety program, contributing to a culture of safety, efficiency, & quality output.

Some core accountabilities include:

• Reviews all orders prior to re-measure and discusses any potential areas of concern with the Sales Rep and/or Installation Manager
• Complete re-measure in a professional manner (Centra attire, organized & calm) that instills confidence in our customers
• Explain and verify all details of the order clearly and ensure the customer understands their complete purchase
• Complete all required documents for the re-measure (checklist(s), risk assessment) and ensure we have customer sign-off on all document
• Reviews the operation of each window, the configuration of each window, details of each door (operator or handedness) with the customer
• Ensures the customer has complete confidence in their purchasing decision & is aware of next steps in the process prior to leaving the home
• Examines re-measure pipeline and is aware of active installations/pipeline and ensures self-actions are taken to alleviate “bottle-necks” and non-value added activities in order to relieve capacity problems

What are the hours?

• Monday to Friday (weekends and occasional travel may be required)
• Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm
• Located in Calgary
