Position:

In this exciting position, you will play a vital part in managing our social media platforms, implementing effective strategies to grow our audience, enhance brand awareness, and foster meaningful customer engagement. With your deep understanding of our target audience, you will craft compelling and unique content that strikes a chord with our followers, skillfully conveying Centra's story through a journalistic approach. Moreover, you will diligently oversee social channel analytics, leveraging valuable insights to measure performance and optimize future campaigns. By leading the creative output and shaping the visual identity across all social platforms, this role ensures an industry-leading customer experience, driving continuous growth and success for Centra's brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Social Media Management: Formulate, execute, and oversee our Social Media strategy with a primary focus on fostering authentic customer connections, amplifying brand recognition, and driving meaningful interactions.
  • Fresh Content Creation: Strategically plan, craft, schedule, and publish engaging content daily across various platforms, capturing the attention of our target audience.
  • Performance Reporting: Regularly report on key social media metrics, performance insights, and progress toward established goals to relevant stakeholders and management.
  • Customer-Centric Content Curation: Proactively visit multiple locations and job sites each week to curate customer-centric content tailored for all social channels, including captivating Reels, Stories, and Videos.
  • Coordination of Multimedia Projects: Ensure effective coordination and flawless execution of video production and photography projects that align with Centra's overarching social media strategy.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor and evaluate SEO performance and customer engagement metrics on social platforms, identifying opportunities for content optimizations to enhance organic reach and audience interaction. Provide valuable recommendations to the Marketing team.
  • Synergy with Digital Marketing: Work in tandem with Centra's Digital Marketing Specialist to establish strategic alignment between social media content and Centra's broader digital marketing efforts, focusing on driving consistent, relevant traffic, and generating valuable leads from our social network presence.
  • Content Format Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing of different content formats, such as images, videos, infographics, and written posts, to identify the most effective content types for driving engagement and audience growth.
  • Internal Communications Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Centra's People & Culture team to actively contribute to the development and execution of the internal corporate communications strategy, ensuring effective and cohesive messaging throughout the organization.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain strong and open lines of communication with the Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, fostering collaboration and synergy in content activities. Share success stories to inspire cross-functional engagement.

Key Qualities We're Looking For:

  • Proven Experience: The ideal candidate will have a couple of years of experience in social media management, showcasing organic growth and successful content delivery on various platforms.
  • Creative Storyteller: We're not just selling windows; we want someone with a creative and journalistic mindset who can look beyond the product and find captivating stories to tell through social media.
  • Collaborative and Outgoing: This role requires strong teamwork and communication skills. The ideal candidate must be outgoing, not shy, and able to work collaboratively with various teams.
  • Innovative Risk-Taker: We're looking for an innovator who isn't afraid to push the envelope, take risks, and explore new approaches to captivate our audience.
  • Proactive and Self-Directed: You'll be responsible for creating and presenting stories, so we need someone who is proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working with minimal direction.
  • Educational Background: A background in Broadcast Journalism, Communications, or relevant fields is preferred, or equivalent experience in the social media industry.
  • Copywriting and Analytical Skills: The ideal candidate should possess strong copywriting abilities and be adept at utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media advertising) to optimize content performance.
  • Curious and Passionate: We're seeking a candidate with a thirst for capturing and telling stories through social media. Your passion for the platform should drive your work and curiosity to explore new trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of social media experience, including planning and managing content in a corporate, or agency setting. 
  • Diploma or Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, business or relevant field
  • Any additional certifications in social media ads or related areas would be advantageous.
  • Applicants must possess a comprehensive portfolio showcasing their previous work and successful campaigns in social media management, including content creation, audience engagement strategies, and demonstrated results across various platforms. The portfolio should highlight the ability to craft compelling stories, drive organic growth, and effectively amplify brand presence.
