We're seeking a creative Social Media Specialist and Content Creator who can bring our brand to life through captivating storytelling. If you're a driven, outgoing, and analytical individual with a passion for social media management and content creation, we want to hear from you! The key accountabilities are:
Social Media Management:
- Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute social media strategies to foster authentic connections and amplify brand recognition.
- Performance Reporting: Provide insights through regular reporting on key social media metrics and progress toward goals.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Monitor SEO performance and customer engagement metrics, providing valuable recommendations for content optimization.
- Collaboration with Digital Marketing: Work collaboratively with our Digital Marketing Specialist to align social media content with broader digital marketing efforts.
- Content Format Experimentation: Conduct A/B testing of different content formats to identify the most effective types for driving engagement and audience growth.
- Fresh Content Creation: Craft engaging content that captures the attention of our audience across various platforms.
- Customer-Centric Content Curation: Actively curate customer-centric content through on-site visits, including captivating Reels, Stories, and Videos.
- Multimedia Projects Coordination: Ensure flawless execution of video production and photography projects aligning with our social media strategy.
- 2+ years in social media management, showcasing organic growth and successful content delivery.
- An educational background in Broadcast Journalism, Communications, or relevant fields is an asset.
- This is an in-person position that requires you to be in office and going to site to capture content in our various locations. You must be able to drive and have access to a car.
- We will ask you to share your past content creation portfolio with us.

- Collaborative and Outgoing: Strong teamwork and communication skills are a must. This role interacts with many people and you need to be able to bring out the best in the individuals you film & photograph as well as being comfortable on camera yourself.
