The suburbs have embraced Multi-Family living as the sector transformed from high-rise condos in major metropolitan cities to low rise condos and townhomes in the suburbs. The growth opportunity is exponential for our Multi-Family Supply Only Division and for you. Centra is in need of a relationship-building, hungry technical sales professional who loves to educate, consult, guide and find solutions for their customers.

Position Overview:

As a Technical Sales Specialist your hunger for sales and ability to network will drive your success in being a business developer for our Supply Only Division. We need you to nurture relationships with architects, developers, engineers, and contractors – and the great news is that we already have a large book of business for you to tackle. Through these relationships it will be expected that you will grow lucrative pipelines of business, drive our supply only division, and make Centra the go-to-company for the Multi-Family sector. This role is critical in building our brand and helping establish key partnership opportunities in the home building industry.

  • Our sales reps earn between $120,000 - $200,000 (mainly made up by commission) – what you level of success you achieve is up to you but we’re here to make sure you’re earning at your full potential
