If you are having trouble with the Security Foot Lock on your Patio Door, follow these few simple steps to make some quick adjustments.
- There are two screws that attach the Security Foot Lock to the Patio Door slider. If required, these screws can be loosened with a Robertson screwdriver to raise or lower the Security Foot Lock into its proper position.
- If the lock is not catching, loosen the two screws and adjust the Security Foot Lock up or down, then simply re-tighten the screws
- Make sure the screws in the Security Foot Lock are not over tightened, as that can pinch the lock and cause it not to work
- #2 Robertson Screwdriver (square head)
