In-home consultation
We’ll arrive at the agreed-upon time to take a look at the home and discuss how best to meet your needs. Our friendly and respectful estimators are also design consultants as well as highly knowledgeable, fully-certified Window Geeks. They know everything there is to know about windows and government rebates, and by the time the consultation is over, so will you!

Re-measurement appointment
We want to make sure we’re spot on. As our saying goes: Measure twice, cut once. We value care, accuracy, and detail, so we’ll be back to re-measure and confirm before we start making your windows. We aren’t prepared to cut corners or waste your time by letting mistakes happen, so this step is very important to us.
Manufacturing your windows
Production begins at our Calgary facility. Our manufacturing team works with great care and precision to make your custom windows. They will also be tested with our special machinery to ensure they meet our rigorous performance standards. We make sure your windows are ready for anything the Alberta weather throws your way!
Installation day
Your custom-made windows are ready to go! As Employee Owners, our install teams take great pride in their top-notch customer service, safety standards, and craftsmanship skills. Besides the beautiful new windows and doors, they’ll leave your home just the way they found it. With your new, energy-efficient products installed, you’ll notice the difference right away!
