What You’ll Do

As a Maintenance Millwright, you will be a key contributor to the reliability and performance of our state‑of‑the‑art window manufacturing facility. You’ll apply your mechanical expertise and solid electrical knowledge to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a wide range of industrial equipment and building systems. This role is ideal for a mechanically driven millwright who is confident working with electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting:
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, including multi axis CNC machines, pneumatic tools, chop saws, drill presses, and other manufacturing machinery.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical components such as ball screws, bearings, gearboxes, linear rails, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot automation and control systems including VFDs, servo drives, PLC related components, and power distribution to equipment.
• Electrical Support:
• Install, conduit, wire, and terminate power and control circuits for new and existing industrial equipment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot plant electrical systems including panel boards, switchgear, transformers, and MCCs.
• Support safe and compliant electrical work throughout the facility.
• Fabrication & Support: Use machine shop skills to fabricate or modify parts as needed using available equipment (e.g., welding, cutting, machining).
• Building & Facility Maintenance: Perform timely, effective repairs on facility systems, including but not limited to HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Tool & Inventory Management: Maintain an organized tool area, order parts as needed, track spare parts inventory, and ensure machine documentation is up to date.
• Vendor Liaison: Coordinate external repair services as needed with approval.

What You Bring

We welcome ticketed millwrights, experienced apprentices, or mechanically skilled technicians with strong electrical capability.

• 5+ years of maintenance or millwright experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment
• Hands‑on experience with mechanical systems, machining, fabrication, and equipment repair
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical manuals
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and test instruments
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team‑focused mindset
