At Centra’s Calgary manufacturing plant, success depends on people who don’t just keep things moving — they make things happen. As our Plant Supervisor, you’ll be the driver on the floor, setting the pace, holding people accountable, and pushing for results every single shift. You won’t shy away from tough calls, tough conversations, or stepping in when something needs fixing. If you thrive on urgency, solving problems in real time, and leading with visible energy, this is the role where you’ll shine.

This isn’t about years of production experience — it’s about leadership. We’re looking for someone who can rally a team, keep standards high, and push for results when others would let things slide. You’ll be the right hand to the Plant Manager, owning the floor and making sure daily execution is tight, consistent, and relentless.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Driving the floor to meet or beat output, safety, and quality targets
• Holding people accountable and tackling performance issues head-on
• Removing roadblocks quickly so production doesn’t slow down
• Leading with a strong presence on the floor — visible, active, decisive
• Coordinating with other departments to keep communication clear and momentum high
• Setting a tone of urgency, professionalism, and pride every day

You’re a driver. You set high expectations and don’t hesitate to hold people to them. You thrive on urgency and energy, and you’d rather be on the floor making decisions than sitting behind a desk. People might call you a pusher, but you know results don’t come from waiting around — they come from action, accountability, and leadership. You’re confident, fast-thinking, and emotionally intelligent enough to lead a team while still keeping standards high.

What We’re Looking For

• A proven leader — whether as a supervisor, strong lead hand, or team lead — who can push, coach, and demand results
• Someone decisive, strong-willed, and action-oriented — you don’t wait, you move
• High emotional intelligence: you know when to push, when to listen, and how to get buy-in while still driving urgency
• Strong problem-solving skills with the confidence to make quick calls under pressure
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
