Centra Windows is looking for experienced Vinyl Window Production Workers to join our manufacturing team.

This is not an entry-level production position. We are seeking individuals who have experience in window manufacturing, fabrication, assembly, glazing, or a related manufacturing environment and who take pride in producing a high-quality finished product.

As a Production Worker, you will play a key role in manufacturing premium vinyl windows and patio doors that are installed in homes across Western Canada. Whether your expertise is in fabrication, assembly, or glazing, your attention to detail and commitment to quality will directly contribute to the products our customers trust.

What You'll Be Doing

• Fabricating vinyl window components using specialized manufacturing equipment
• Assembling window frames, sashes, hardware, and related components
• Glazing windows and ensuring finished products meet quality standards
• Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
• Reading production specifications and following manufacturing processes
• Inspecting products for quality, accuracy, and workmanship
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Working collaboratively with teammates to achieve daily production targets

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in window manufacturing, door manufacturing, or a related production environment
• Experience in one or more of the following areas:
• Vinyl window fabrication
• Window assembly
• Window glazing
• Production machinery operation
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
• Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with hand and power tools
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically active work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience manufacturing vinyl windows or patio doors
• Experience operating fabrication or cutting equipment
• Understanding of quality control processes in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift certification is considered an asset
