When Terry Lanktree decided to undertake some home improvement and replace his existing windows, he didn’t realize that simple choice would end up transforming the look and feel of his property. Thanks to the Centra team out in Victoria, Terry and his family now have a refreshing design that improves their home's safety, comfort, curb appeal, and overall experience.

"We knew we needed a lot of work, from the windows, to the siding and renovation, but I didn’t know how it was going to get all done. Basically, when Centra said they can do it all, it was a load off my mind and I couldn’t be happier about the finished product," says Lanktree.

The Centra team suggested that the cladding needed to be replaced for the renovations, in addition to installing state-of-the-art windows. As the journey began, the family quickly realized that new cladding on a poorly built foundation did not make much sense.

Site Supervisor Andrew Anderson created 3D drawings that illustrated the benefits of a brand new design.

"The illustrations built excitement for Terry and our entire crew. We were happy to express our vision and from there, it created a lot of momentum."

After careful deliberation, Andrew and the rest of his team embarked on an amazing project from September to January of 2017. The ride was smooth and included many highlights for Terry and his family.

"No regrets from a project perspective, it’s as if we’re living in a brand new house. I don’t have to worry about maintenance and it feels amazing. Andrew was great, he made sure I understood any terms and explained them thoroughly. The entire crew always had a smile and was very respectful."

The Centra team took this home renovation to a whole new level but more importantly, had a blast redesigning Terry’s home, by making their vision a reality.
