International Women's Day 2018 - Press for Progress

Last week the Centra team celebrated International Women's Day.

The theme for this year's campaign was #PressforProgress. Diversity and equality are incredibly important. Centra is so proud of the women excelling and making positive gains on a daily basis within the company. For Centra, #IWD is an opportunity for collective action and shared responsibility for driving gender parity and there's no better time to take a step forward towards gender parity within the workplace. We took a tour around the office and asked some of our team members what #IWD means to them. Take a look below to see quotes from some of our Centra employees on #IWD2018.

Celebrate diversity and compensate people for their work without bias. Diversity in the workplace is integral because a balanced perspective is good for business. If everyone at an organization looks at the world in the same way, your ability to be innovative and troubleshoot creative solutions is limited.
