Victoria Strata Completes a Renovation Overhaul

The Centra Windows team is proud to be wrapping up yet another successful Multifamily Strata restoration project in Victoria.

The Royal Alexandra upgraded 78 windows and 69 patio doors using our 2900 series casement windows and 5200 series patio doors during this renovation. The best part is that they upgraded all our products to the durable Black ColourShield technology! Exterior Black frames are the latest trend and they’re here to stay. 

The homeowners were dealing with several issues as a result of their old aluminum windows. The complex is facing the water and as a result, homeowners dealt with condensation, cool drafts and inconsistent temperatures throughout the year. The Project featured a new insulated Hardi panel detail to cover up the old top/bottom aluminum spandrel panel.
