The way you handle calls, respond to inquiries, and represent our brand directly impacts whether customers choose us over the competition.

This isn’t just answering phones — it’s making every interaction count. You’ll be the first voice people hear from Centra, so your communication skills need to be exceptional. You’ll build trust, provide information, and book appointments quickly and accurately, making it easy for our Sales Representatives to step in and close the deal.

What you’ll do:

• Handle all inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism
• Book and coordinate sales appointments, keeping Sales Representatives’ calendars organized and efficient
• Engage customers in meaningful conversations to gather the right information for the sales team
• Follow up promptly on all leads so no opportunity is missed
• Keep our CRM updated with immaculate data entry — accuracy is non‑negotiable
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless customer experience
• Bring ideas to the table to help us overcome objections and raise the bar on service
• Take on administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• 2+ years in a phone‑based customer service, receptionist, or customer care role
• A passion for customer service and a belief that details matter
• A friendly, confident phone presence with excellent verbal communication
• Strong sales instincts — you understand that great service opens the door to sales success
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while staying organized and calm under pressure
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment

Position Details:

• Part‑time hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 2:00pm — ideal for parents or anyone who wants their afternoons free.
• Occasional Saturdays or extra hours available during peak busy times
• In‑person position at our Langley location
• Hourly rate: $21
