Position Overview:

As a Field Measurement Technician, you’ll verify all window and door order details before production by accurately confirming measurements, configurations, and specifications during on-site visits. You’ll engage with customers and ensure every order goes into production right the first time, supporting Centra’s promise of quality and care.

Responsibilities:

• Review sales orders and collaborate with Sales and Project Managers to identify potential issues before re-measure.
• Conduct on-site re-measurements and verify all order details (size, color, configuration) with the customer.
• Document findings, take site photos, and obtain customer sign-off.
• Communicate delivery timelines and answer any outstanding customer questions.
• Work closely with Project Managers to resolve conflicts or scheduling concerns.
• Uphold safety practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of window installation or related construction experience.
• Strong attention to detail and a track record of accuracy in measurements.
• Comfortable communicating directly with homeowners and navigating job sites.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
