We’re looking for an experienced Intermediate Accountant to join our growing team. If you’re confident in full-cycle accounting, skilled in month-end close, reconciliations, and project costing, and want to play a hands-on role in improving financial processes in a high-performance environment—this is your opportunity.

About the Role

This is not a junior role. You’ll be expected to take ownership of key accounting processes and act as a financial partner to both operations and leadership. You’ll manage complex reconciliations, lead AP/AR for multi-phase projects, contribute to financial reporting, and help track costs and profitability across business units. You’ll be joining a finance team that values accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full-cycle accounts payable and receivable including job costing and billing for complex construction/manufacturing projects.
• Own bank and credit card reconciliations, intercompany entries, and account reviews.
• Prepare and post journal entries, accruals, and adjustments during month-end and year-end close.
• Support the preparation of internal financial reports and working papers.
• Track and analyze project and manufacturing costs, supporting operational teams with real-time financial insight.
• Help maintain and improve internal controls and compliance with financial policies.
• Assist with audit preparation, documentation, and responses.
• Partner with operations to resolve discrepancies and support cross-functional collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of full-cycle accounting experience—ideally in construction, manufacturing, or field service-based industries.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central), SAP, or similar.
• Experience preparing for audits and supporting financial reporting processes.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and month-end close processes.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, etc.).
• Proven experience with job costing, revenue tracking, or multi-project billing models.

• You’re collaborative and adaptable, with the confidence to communicate directly with stakeholders.
