Every new window installation starts with a signed contract, but whether it ends in a smooth experience or a costly reschedule depends on this role. At Centra, we manufacture our own high-performance windows and install them in homes across Western Canada. Every project is custom, and no two homes are alike. As our Installations Order Fulfillment Manager, you’re the gatekeeper of accuracy, coordination, and execution. You make sure no window installation job moves to scheduling until it’s fully ready. You connect the dots between Sales, Admin, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT ensuring nothing is missing, miscommunicated, or off track. Your work protects our install teams, our timelines, and our margins, all while keeping the customer at the center.

The Role

As the Installations Order Fulfillment Manager, you’ll own the entire lifecycle of customer orders from sales handoff to final installation for Centra’s Install Pros division. You’ll ensure every window and door project is accurate, installation-ready, and fully aligned across departments before it moves forward. With strong knowledge of Centra’s systems, product flow, and installation requirements, you’ll confirm specifications, oversee procurement, ensure material readiness, and flag risks early. You’ll also be the go-to expert for internal systems (Windowmaker and Flowfinity), leading training, resolving issues, and driving consistent use across teams. This role is key to reducing costly errors, avoiding delays, and delivering smooth installations. You’ll bring people, processes, and systems together to create operational excellence and a consistently great customer experience.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Managing the full post-sale lifecycle of each customer order, from contract handoff to final installation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project timelines
• Acting as the single point of accountability for installation readiness, confirming that no job proceeds to scheduling or production until all requirements are in place
• Coordinating with vendors and our manufacturing team to ensure materials are ordered correctly and arrive on time, proactively adjusting for changes or delays
• Using our internal systems (Windowmaker and Flowfinity) to track order progress, resolve issues, and train others—ensuring data accuracy and consistent usage across teams
• Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Admin, Manufacturing, and Installation teams to ensure information is flowing correctly and priorities are clear
• Identifying breakdowns in process and implementing improvements that reduce delays, avoid costly errors, and keep the customer experience on track
• Overseeing post-sale communication standards, ensuring customers receive timely and accurate updates throughout the order and installation process
• Monitoring key performance metrics like order accuracy, material readiness, and installation preparedness to help drive operational decisions

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in order fulfillment, operations coordination, or project execution
• A background in construction, manufacturing, or residential installation environments is an asset
• Strong knowledge of order management systems
• Proven ability to manage timelines, resolve issues, and keep multiple departments aligned
• High attention to detail and comfort working with technical product specifications
• Solid Excel skills and experience with data tracking or reporting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when working cross-functionally
• Ability to train others and enforce process consistency without formal authority
• A proactive mindset with the judgment to flag risks early and make timely decisions
