Star Days 2019

The Centra Family celebrates the year that was, highlighting team members, departments and unsung heroes.

Skills training included various stations around our manufacturing plant, testing our team on their level of expertise. The day brings out the competitive spirit in all of us while training and educating our team. It's a day of celebration, which serves as inspiration for all of us to continue to serve homeowners and our community.

During Star Days, our leaders present key messages and strategies for the upcoming year. We spoke about communication in the workplace, engineering our products and the importance of Asbestos control on the worksite. We enjoyed an evening of celebration and laughter.
